How To Book

The Gateway Centre has six rooms available for hire throughout the daytime and evening.  For details of the rooms available and our hire charges please click here.

To book one or more of these rooms please ring 01904 781983. Alternatively you can email office@gatewayaction.co.uk to check availability.

When booking please let us know your technical requirements. We can provide a digital projector, DVD player or TV/Video. (You would need to bring your own laptop). WiFi access is available throughout the building. Flipcharts and pens are also available. All of these are included in the rental price.

Food and refreshments can be provided with all of our bookings for an additional cost.   If you would like further details about this, please let us know at the time of booking.
