Gateway Community Nurses

Based in the Gateway Centre, our community nurses are available to help and support local people with their health - not only physical but also mental, social and spiritual.  Gateway Community Nurses work in association with Parish Nursing Ministries UK.

What can Gateway Community Nurses offer?

* A service that will work in partnership with local Health Service providers

* An opportunity to have a personal health assessment and advice to help improve your health

* Help with making sense of your current health needs and in managing chronic disease

* Support in times of life changes and stresses

* Referral to and help with access to other agencies when needed.
